Electrical system:
Engine has three work modes, i.e. high power (H),standard power(S),low power (L).The design of each mode could be matched with each speed and flow. It features the highest efficiency and the least oil consumption with the electrical control system.
Power mode:
Users could choose different power modes according to various working conditions.
H mode (100%): Engine is in the highest speed and maximum power and the shortest working cycle in the heavy-duty digging.
S mode (85%): Engine is in higher efficiency and less fuel consumption and short cycle in the general digging and loading.
L mode: In light-duty digging, leveling with the least fuel consumption.
Auto-idle system:
When servo-valve stays more than 5 seconds in the neutral position, CPU controller will control stepping motor to reduce the swing speed to 1300rpm so as to reduce fuel consumption and noise.
Main pump flow control system:
When servo-valve stays in the neutral position, flow of the pump will decrease to the minimum to prevent power from loss. When the excavator is working, the maximum flow of main pump could be supplied to the actuator system so as to increase working speed. With the movement of pilot handle, the flow of main valve could be adjusted automatically and the speed could be realized control proportionally.
Arm & stick maintain system:
Maintain valve of the main control valve could be prevented the settlement of arm and stick so as to prolong their stay in the neutral position.
Cylinder of the stick regeneration system:
Regeneration valve will ensure the stick smooth when it is in roll-in operation.
Servo-valve in the travel system anti-shock equipment:
Servo-valve improve travel performance through absorption shock when the machine starts or stops.
Overheat protection:
If the coolant in the engine is overheated, power mode system in the controller will reduce the swing speed so as to lower the temperature of coolant.
